Registration on the Portal

3. How to purchase
3.1 You can purchase the goods in the electronic catalog www.bikeservicemassamarittima.com as described in the relevant product sheets, by clicking on the “Add to cart” button. By clicking on “View cart” in the product page or on “View and buy” of the cart icon in the header, you can view a summary page of the products in your cart, change the quantity or delete them.
3.2 Before submitting the purchase order, the unit cost of each selected product is summarized, together with the total cost in the event of the purchase of multiple products and the related delivery costs. 3.3 Bike Service Massa Marittima will notify you of the correct receipt of the order by sending an email to the email address provided by the customer. This confirmation message will indicate the Date, Time and order number. The message will also contain the data you entered during registration, as well as a summary of the products ordered; verify its correctness and, if necessary, promptly notify any corrections to Customer Service.
3.4 In the event of non-acceptance of the order due to unavailability of the product, Bike Service Massa Marittima endeavors to communicate the problem to the customer within 24 hours of the purchase.
4. Terms of payment
4.1 The customer can make the payment by choosing one of the following methods listed.

In the event that the payment is made by bank transfer, the purchased goods will be shipped in the manner indicated in the following paragraph “Shipping Methods”, to the address indicated by the customer upon receipt of the credit, therefore on average within two / five days after making the transfer (the timing varies depending on the credit institution used). 5. Shipping methods
5.1 The Products will be delivered on the basis of the times and in the manner indicated in the delivery service chosen by you from the various options listed on our Site.
5.2 The cost of shipping depends on the location of delivery, and varies according to the goods purchased. You will be able to consult directly from the shopping cart the cost for each order.
5.3 Once the shipment has taken place, Bike Service Massa Marittima will send you an email notification of the shipment with instructions on how to monitor the shipment.
5.4 Orders are prepared and shipped generally in one / two working days and shipped by express courier that delivers in 24/48 hours throughout Italy excluding Calabria, Sicily and Sardinia where delivery will be made within 48/72 hours. Disadvantageous locations, smaller islands and mountain villages are reached only once a week. The order processing times are provided purely as an estimate, they do not in any case represent a contractual obligation, and could lengthen depending on the number of requests. 5.5 Upon delivery of the goods by the courier, you are required to check:
a. that the number of packages delivered corresponds to what is indicated on the transport document;
b. that the packaging is intact, not damaged, wet or otherwise altered, even in the closing materials.
Any damage or mismatch in the number of packages or information must be immediately reported to the courier making the delivery, adding the words “ritiro con riserva per mancanza e/o danneggiamento di numero … colli” on the appropriate accompanying document and confirmed, within seven calendar days by e-mail to info@bikeservicemassamarittima.com.
5.6 Even if the packaging is intact, the goods must be checked within seven calendar days of receipt. Any hidden damage must be reported within seven calendar days to info@bikeservicemassamarittima.com. Any report beyond the aforementioned terms and / or through different means than indicated above, will not be taken into consideration. For each declaration, the customer assumes full responsibility for what is declared.
Once the courier’s document has been signed, the Customer will not be able to make any objection about the external characteristics of what has been delivered and the number of packages received.
5.7 The risks relating to the Products pass to the Customer upon delivery of the Products to the Customer or to a third party designated by him.
6. Right of withdrawal
6.1 In accordance with Legislative Decree 206/05, the customer can exercise his right of withdrawal (return the item without giving reasons) within 14 (fourteen) calendar days from the delivery of the product. To activate the withdrawal procedure, the customer must:

6.2 To exercise the right of withdrawal, the customer must provide proof of the date of purchase and delivery of the goods. It is therefore advisable for the customer to keep the purchase invoice forwarded by Bike Service Massa Marittima srl and the transport document delivered by the courier.
6.3 The customer, to exercise the right of withdrawal, also has 14 (fourteen) calendar days from the date of delivery of the purchase to return the products. Packaging and shipping costs are charged to the customer.
6.4 If the customer decides to withdraw from the contract, the payments made to Bike Service Massa Marittima srl (cost of the product and shipping costs, excluding any additional costs) will be reimbursed within 14 (fourteen) days of delivery to Bike service.
